Development

Logan Circle is one of the most desirable locations in all of Washington DC due to the continuous development that has taken place over the years and is continuing to take place.

Many of the stunning Victorian homes have renovated interiors and have been touched up on the exterior to preserve their beauty. Since the late 1990s and early 2000s, Logan Circle has undergone a shift toward young professionals and households with higher median incomes.

Within Logan Circle you can expect gorgeous architecture, countless entertainment venues, and a variety of dining options that all coincide with the young professional movement that has been taking place. 14th Street, known as “Automobile Row” during the 20th century, has transformed itself into an entertainment hotspot and is one of the primary attractions for those living or looking to move into the area.

Location

Logan Circle is located in the Northwest quadrant of DC at the intersection of 13th St., P St., Rhode Island Ave., and Vermont Ave.. This traffic circle encompasses a park that features a statue of civil war hero John Logan.

 

Transportation

 

Public transportation is available in Logan Circle if needed. The Logan Circle neighborhood has access to the Washington Metro service, specifically various stops on the Green Line and a stop at Dupont Circle on the Red Line via the MetroRail service.
