Location
Georgetown is located in the Northwest quadrant of Washington DC. It’s bordered by Rock Creek to its east and the Potomac River to its south, with Georgetown University sitting in the west end.

As of right now, there are no Metro stops in Georgetown. However, if needed there are Metro stops in nearby neighborhoods, the closest being Foggy Bottom. Georgetown does have a stop on the DC Circulator. This DC bus system has stops at various locations throughout the city, and it only costs $1 to ride!
